Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited automatically to your original payment method within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund has not appeared yet:

Contact your credit card company, as some refunds take additional time to process.
Check with your bank for any processing delays.

Sale Items
Refunds are only available for items sold at regular price. Discounted or sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, please email support@flashpoint.com.
Gifts
If your item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item. Once the return is processed, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the gift was purchased and sent to the buyer first, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. If your refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
For high-value or fragile items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned items.
